Provider scheduling and credentialing, without the spreadsheet sprawl.
Zenith MedOps runs coverage requests, provider matching with conflict detection, credentialing readiness, open-shift broadcast and block-assign, an at-risk radar, two-sided preferences, and a clean billing handoff. One secure place built for schedulers, providers, and facilities: anesthesia and CRNA groups, hospitalist teams, and medical staffing agencies.
No double-bookings
Hard-block conflict detection
Shift-date aware
Credentials checked to the date
Margin-safe
Exports that never leak rates
From open shift to billed, in one flow
The everyday loop your team already runs, just faster and without the gaps.
Request coverage
Facilities or schedulers open a shift with the specialty, location, and dates.
Match a provider
The engine ranks candidates on license, specialty, availability, and credentialing, flagging conflicts before they bite.
Offer & confirm
Offers go out by email, push, and in-app; if one expires, the next-best candidate is offered automatically. Providers accept from their phone and everyone gets a confirmation.
Hand off billing
Worked time rolls into locked batches and clean CSV exports for accounting.
Schedule with confidence
Coverage requests, availability, and assignment matching with hard-block and soft-warning conflict detection. No one gets silently double-booked, and expired credentials can't slip through.
Fill open shifts fast
Blast an open shift to every eligible, credentialed provider at once. First to claim wins, you confirm. Or offer a whole recurring block in one tap the provider accepts once. Coverage that took an afternoon of calls now takes a click.
See trouble before it happens
An at-risk radar flags shifts about to go unfilled (critical, warning, and watch) on the dashboard and in a morning digest, so gaps get worked while there's still time to fill them.
Automation that chases coverage
When an offer expires or is declined, the next-ranked, conflict-checked candidate is offered automatically. Cancellations capture a reason and can re-broadcast to your backup bench instantly. Daily jobs send reminders and surface expiring credentials on their own.
Credentialing readiness, not guesswork
Track licenses, documents, and expirations against the actual shift date. A credential lapsing before a booked shift surfaces early, not the morning of. A renewals queue puts every 90-day expiry in one place. AI reads uploaded documents into suggestions your team confirms; primary-source verification stays with your credentialing office.
A two-sided matching brain
Providers set the shifts and facilities they prefer; facilities rate who they'd want back after a shift. Both feed the match ranking as plain-English weights and warnings, never silent gates. The office always decides.
Provider portal + Android app
Upcoming shifts, open offers and block offers, availability and time-off requests, credential upload with native camera capture, reminder preferences, per-shift messaging, and confirmation-letter PDFs, on the web or the Android app.
Facility portal
Request coverage, track open and filled shifts, approve providers, sign off or dispute worked hours, and see a status-only 'who's coming' readiness summary, never provider documents. Every facility sees only its own data, enforced at the database.
Billing & paperwork handoff
The billing handoff covers rate agreements, locked billing batches, a QuickBooks invoice-import export, and dual CSVs (one for accounting, one facility-facing), so work hands off without leaking margin. Confirmation-letter PDFs are available to every plan.
Secure by design
Two-factor authentication, sign-out-across-devices, and self-service profile control for every user. Database-level tenant isolation, signed document URLs, and a full audit trail on sensitive actions. No patient data is stored.
Alerts tuned per role, and per person
Each role gets its own credential-expiry thresholds (credentialing at 90/60/30, admins at 30, providers nudged about their own), and every provider picks their reminder cadence: weekly, daily, or off. Offers, confirmations, and changes still land instantly.
AI matching advisor
On top of the deterministic engine, an AI advisor surfaces the strongest candidates with plain-English reasons. Advisory only, fully audited. Included in Pro.
Employed and contracted, one calendar
Static schedules for employed providers live beside coverage requests, with week, month, and facility-board views, approved time off that clears future shifts automatically, and a printable day sheet the front desk can run on.
Templates that build your week
Save a facility's standing pattern once, with day, night, and weekend lines in a single template, each with its own days, then generate whole weeks of shifts in one apply.
Staffing partner portals
Subcontracted groups get their own login that sees exactly their allocated providers: schedules, statuses, and credential readiness. Never rates, never anyone else's people, enforced at the database.
Bring your spreadsheets with you
Smart Import reads any CSV, including open shifts, assigned schedules, rosters, facilities, and historical worked time, then AI maps the columns for your confirmation. A guided onboarding pipeline tracks every provider from hired to schedulable.
Your data, protected three ways
Daily platform backups, owner-triggered snapshots, and a nightly encrypted copy to an independent provider, with live backup status visible right in the app. Printable day sheets keep the desk running through any outage.
Built privacy-first: the app keeps credentialing records and operational readiness. Primary-source verification stays with your credentialing office, and no patient data is stored.

How billing works
ACH or bank transfer
Our recommendation, and what we invoice for by default. No processing cost is added to your invoice.
Check
Fine by us on annual agreements. Nothing added to your invoice.
Credit card
Available if you prefer it. Card processing costs several percent of the invoice with no cap, so that cost is added as a separate, clearly labelled line — never more than what the processor charges us, and only where state law allows it. Debit cards are never surcharged.
Standard and Pro are prepaid: the month is charged up front. Enterprise is billed in arrears on a 12-month agreement: at the end of each month we invoice for the providers who were on your roster, never below the monthly minimum. Invoices are net 15. We will always tell you the cheaper way to pay before you pay it.
Done-for-you onboarding
We'll migrate your whole roster for you
Switching tools is only hard for one week: getting every provider entered and their credentials on file. Skip it. Our team sits with your roster and stands you up completely: a one-time service, not a monthly add-on. Credentialing data setup only, and verification always stays with your credentialing office.
One-time, never recurring. Separate from the Enterprise setup fee.
One-time, by roster size
- Up to 10 providers$500
- 11–30 providers$1,000
- 31–60 providers$1,500
- 60+ providersCustom quote, scoped to roster size & source format
Additional providers beyond a tier billed at $75 each.
Frequently asked questions
- What is Zenith MedOps?
- Zenith MedOps is scheduling and credentialing software for medical provider groups and staffing agencies: anesthesia and CRNA groups, hospitalist teams, and multi-facility staffing operations. It manages coverage requests, provider matching with conflict detection, credentialing readiness, open-shift broadcast and block offers, notifications, and a billing handoff, with separate portals for schedulers, providers, and facilities.
- Who is Zenith MedOps for?
- Medical provider groups and staffing agencies, including anesthesia management groups, CRNA teams, hospitalist groups, and multi-facility staffing operations, plus the schedulers, recruiters, credentialing staff, providers, and facility contacts who work with them. It is built for teams that place providers across multiple facilities and need to run coverage, credentialing, and assignments with less manual effort.
- How do I pay, and are there any fees?
- Zenith MedOps invoices you directly, monthly or annually, net 15. Paying by ACH bank transfer or check costs you nothing extra, and that is what we recommend and default to. Credit card is available if you prefer it, but card processing costs several percent of the invoice with no cap, so that cost is added to the invoice as a separate line item, never marked up beyond what the processor charges us and only where state law permits it. Debit cards are never surcharged. We will tell you the cheaper option before you pay.
- Does Zenith MedOps verify provider credentials?
- No. Zenith MedOps tracks and organizes credentialing records: licenses, documents, certifications, and expirations checked against actual shift dates. It does not perform primary-source verification. Verification stays with your credentialing office through its own process. The platform is the operational layer around your credentialing office, not a replacement for it.
- How does Zenith MedOps help fill open shifts faster?
- Open-shift broadcast blasts a shift to every eligible, credentialed provider at once. First to claim wins, staff confirms. Recurring shifts can be offered as a whole block a provider accepts in one tap. An at-risk radar flags shifts about to go unfilled while there is still time to fill them.
- Does Zenith MedOps store patient information?
- No. Zenith MedOps is built privacy-first and does not store patient data. It keeps operational scheduling and credentialing records only: facility, specialty, shift date and type, coverage notes without patient identifiers, and credentialing status.
- How much does Zenith MedOps cost?
- Zenith MedOps is priced per provider per month. Standard is $12 per provider and Pro is $16 per provider, each prepaid monthly with a $180 and $240 monthly minimum (15 providers). Enterprise is $10 per provider, billed on usage: you are invoiced monthly in arrears for the providers actually on your roster, never below a $1,000 monthly minimum, with a one-time $1,500 setup fee and a 12-month minimum term. On every plan the bill moves with your headcount rather than with a seat bundle. Optional one-time done-for-you onboarding is priced separately by roster size. See the pricing section for current plans.
- How is my data backed up and protected?
- Three independent layers across three separate providers: automatic daily database backups by the hosting platform, on-demand full-data snapshots taken by the platform owner, and a nightly encrypted copy shipped off-site to an independent storage provider. Backup status is visible live inside the app, and printable day sheets give schedulers a paper fallback so operations continue through any outage. Access is tenant-isolated at the database with a full audit trail, and no patient data is stored.
- Is there onboarding help to get set up?
- Yes. Zenith MedOps offers done-for-you roster onboarding, a one-time setup where the team enters and confirms your providers' credentials for you, so you skip the hardest part of switching. It is priced once by roster size and is never a recurring charge.
